In this plot, a thief steals a pair of high-heel shoes and is caught by the police. The police officer, who is a strict disciplinarian, decides to use a dog as an instrument of punishment for the thief. He trains the dog to clean up the stolen shoes with its tongue, while teasing it mercilessly.
